2. Services We Provide

calm catch is a productivity app that helps users quickly capture ideas, tasks, schedules, and notes, and organize them with AI assistance.

  • Capture ideas, tasks, schedules, notes, and items that need confirmation.
  • Use AI to classify, organize, and suggest structured content.
  • Create, view, edit, complete, and delete tasks, events, notes, and related records.
  • Provide reminders, calendar views, statistics, data export, login, sync, cloud backup, and subscription features.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account information

When you register, sign in, or use account sync, we may collect your email address, third-party login identifiers such as Apple or Google login identifiers, user ID, account status, membership status, registration time, and recent login time. We do not collect your account password in plain text. Third-party authentication is handled by the relevant third-party provider.

3.2 Content you enter

When you use capture, AI organization, tasks, schedules, notes, and related features, we process content you enter or generate, including ideas, tasks, to-dos, event titles, start times, duration, reminder times, notes, tags, remarks, AI organization results, and records of edits, completion, or deletion.

Please avoid entering sensitive information such as identity card numbers, passport numbers, bank card numbers, precise addresses, medical diagnoses, passwords, or verification codes.

3.3 AI organization information

When you use AI organization, the text you submit may be sent to an AI service provider to classify content as a task, event, note, or item needing confirmation; extract or suggest time, duration, tags, and priority; generate clearer task descriptions; and help structure schedules and notes.

We process this information only to provide the AI organization feature you request. If third-party AI providers are used, they may process necessary data as our service providers. We will use reasonable efforts to require them to protect your information under contract and applicable law.

3.4 Calendar, reminders, and notifications

If you authorize access to system calendars, reminders, or notifications, we may process event titles, times, notes you choose to write or sync, reminder times, device push identifiers, and notification delivery status. We do not access calendars or reminders without system permission, and you may disable these permissions in system settings.

3.5 Subscription, payment, and membership information

When you purchase membership services, we may process subscription type, membership status, subscription start and end time, renewal status, and transaction identifiers, order status, or payment results returned by the App Store or other payment channels. We do not collect full bank card numbers, card security codes, or payment account passwords.

3.6 Device, logs, and diagnostics

To keep the service stable and secure and improve the product experience, we may collect device model, operating system version, app version, language and region settings, IP address and approximate region, crash logs, error logs, feature usage records, network status, request time, and response status.

3.7 Support and feedback

When you contact us by email or in-app feedback, we may collect the contact details you provide, feedback content, screenshots or attachments, and support communication records.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to create and manage accounts; provide capture, task organization, schedule management, and note management; provide AI organization, automatic classification, and time suggestions; sync and back up data; process subscriptions and entitlement verification; send necessary system notices and reminders; provide support; analyze and improve the product; troubleshoot, fix bugs, and protect service security; and meet legal, regulatory, or dispute resolution obligations.

We do not use your personal content for targeted advertising. Unless we obtain your separate authorization or applicable law provides otherwise, we do not sell your personal information.
